KÜTAHYA’DA GÖRSEL SANATLAR VE TEKNOLOJİ TASARIM SERGİSİ

Getting physically fit increases the likelihood that you'll live longer, but staying mentally active can also boost longevity, according to research published in The Lancet. The review of research in people over 50 found that those who engaged in cognitive activity (such as reading, writing or other pursuits that required focus) for at least two hours each week were 19 percent less likely to die at any given age than their more sedentary peers. That risk was cut by 28 percent among people who regularly exercised. http://health.usnews.com/health-news/articles/2015/10/22/exercising-mind-as-well-as-body-cuts-stroke-death-risk
