Now Rampini analyzes the degree of poverty in the World using different sources of information, from the World Bank to the Atlas for the Fourth World. Taking into account the local context and the definition of poverty, he concludes that poverty in the world today has 'no limits' and its study is a noble yet impossible task.
Who can be classified as poor?
